    great vid, Dean!

I know you are setting all the 1000 records, but is it possible that you are leaving something on the table in 1st gear?
Is it possible to jack up rpm a bit outa the hole?

You're right, and I'd like to, but it's already got the Robinson lower first gear set, and the clutch is set up TIGHT. I'm leaving about as hard as I can. Without a boost controller, I'm short shifting through all the lower gears anyway. It's not as launch-sensitive as your NA bike.

It has a 2-stage AMS-500 controller now, but I'm only using it to set my total boost level. I'll experiment at Loring with hitting the ramped second stage after first gear.

Thanks folks, it's a Flip video camera I bought for $50. 640x480 resolution, 1MB onboard memory, AA batteries, self-contained USB connector & software. It has a threaded hole for a tripod that I used to rig a bracket.
